Kre8ivDesigns Marketing, LLC is a veteran and minority owned web design and digital marketing company based in San Antonio, Texas. We operate kre8ivdesigns.com and the client portal at clients.kre8ivdesigns.com.

2. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, quote request, website questionnaire, audit request or job application, we collect the contact details, business information, website links, messages and files you choose to provide. Our hosting and security providers also process connection information such as IP address, browser details, request times and security events.
Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, health information or payment card numbers through our forms. Stripe processes card details on its hosted checkout. We receive payment references, payment status and the contact information needed to fulfil an audit order.
3. How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to requests, prepare proposals, deliver audits and services, consider applications, process orders, and protect the website from abuse. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell personal information or use this website for targeted advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses necessary cookies for administrator sign-in and authentication. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies requests to the automated design critique and processes security and browser signals. The current website does not load advertising pixels or visitor analytics tags.
You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent administrator sign-in or security verification. Stripe and the separately operated client portal have their own cookies and privacy information.
5. Third parties who see data
Amazon Web Services provides application hosting, private file storage, administrator authentication and transactional email. Cloudflare provides DNS, traffic protection and Turnstile verification. Stripe processes audit payments. These providers receive the information needed to provide their services.
When you request an automated design critique, we capture the submitted public website at desktop and mobile sizes and send those screenshots and its website address to Amazon Bedrock to generate the review. The result and any email address you provide are saved with the request. Submit only public pages you are authorized to have reviewed. Links to other websites, including our client portal, are subject to those services’ privacy practices.
6. How long we keep it
We retain enquiries, applications, audit results and project files while needed to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business records or address a dispute. Retention is managed by our team; this website does not automatically delete records after a fixed period. Backups and versioned storage may retain earlier copies for recovery.
You can request deletion through the contact details below. We may retain records needed for an active service, accounting, security or a legal obligation. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.
7. Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, correct it or request deletion. Privacy rights depend on where you live and the laws that apply. We accept these requests through our contact form, by email at info@kre8ivdesigns.com or by calling (210) 549-7907.
We will verify your identity before sharing or changing personal information and aim to respond within 45 days. If you disagree with our response, reply to info@kre8ivdesigns.com and ask for a review. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General about privacy concerns. Asking does not affect work we are doing for you.
8. How we protect it
Site traffic uses HTTPS. Uploaded request files are held in private storage and retrieved through authorized administrator access. Administrator sign-in uses Amazon Cognito with multifactor authentication and an explicit access list. Access controls, encryption and backups help protect information.
No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authorities promptly, and we will tell you what we know rather than what sounds best.
9. Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before applying that change.
